Every property on the Vineyard is different — and so is every owner. Here's how we get to know yours and build a service that fits, with as little involvement from you as you want.

A walkthrough, and a conversation.

We come to your property, walk it with you, and learn what matters — the lawn, the garden, the corners no one else sees. No commitments. No quote on the spot. Just a chance to understand each other.

A plan, built around you.

We design a care plan tailored to your property and your preferences — what we'll do, how often, exactly what to expect. Nothing templated. You approve every detail before we begin.

And then, you stop thinking about it.

Same crew, every visit. A direct line to a founder for anything you need. We send updates when we visit, photos when something needs your attention, and never bother you about the rest. The kind of care you can set down.

A quick answer to the questions that come up most often about our services.

Do you offer a la carte services or just full property care?

Both. Some clients want full-property management with everything handled. Others bring us in just for weekly mowing, or a one-time hardscaping project, or a seasonal cleanup. We'll tailor the plan to what you actually need.

How are services priced?

Every property is different, so every plan is different. After the walkthrough, we send you a tailored care plan with itemized pricing — no surprises, no upsells, no fine print. You'll know exactly what's included before agreeing to anything.

Will the same crew be on my property each visit?

Yes. We keep the team small intentionally so the same familiar faces are on your property every visit. They learn your specific needs — the gate that sticks, the dog that gets out, the bed that always needs extra attention — and you don't have to re-explain.

What happens during big storms?

Before a major storm, we'll secure outdoor furniture, check drains, and prep the property as much as time allows. After the storm, we're typically on-site within a day or two for cleanup — clearing branches, debris, and damage. Existing clients are first in line.

Do you handle landscape design from scratch?

For garden beds, hedges, and plant selection — yes. For larger architectural landscape design or major hardscape projects, we partner with trusted Vineyard designers and bring them in. Either way, we handle the management of the project so you don't have to.

What if I'm not happy with the work?

Tell us. Tony or Tristan will personally come out, look at it with you, and make it right. There's no formal "complaint process" because there's no need for one — it's a small team, you talk to the founders directly, and we fix things until you're happy.
