A few of the things people ask us before deciding to reach out.

How long until you respond?

Within 1–2 business days — almost always sooner. A founder reads every inquiry personally and responds directly. We don't have a sales team, an automated funnel, or a CRM that schedules follow-ups for us. It's just Tony or Tristan.

Is the walkthrough really no-obligation?

Yes. We come walk the property with you, listen, take some notes, and leave. We send a tailored care plan within a week. If it's not the right fit, no hard feelings — we'd rather not work together than work together badly.

Do you serve all six Vineyard towns?

Yes — Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven, West Tisbury, Chilmark, and Aquinnah, plus Chappaquiddick. See our service areas →

When does service start?

Most new clients are on our schedule within two to three weeks of approving a care plan. For seasonal openings or storm response, we can typically be there within a few days.

Are you licensed and insured?

Fully licensed, insured, and bonded. We're happy to share our certificates of insurance during the walkthrough or in advance if that's helpful.

Do you take seasonal residents?

Absolutely — in fact, much of what we do is built around homes that are only occupied part of the year. We can manage everything from spring openings to fall closings, with year-round property checks in between.
